Post: DIRECTOR OF AUDIT
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of DIRECTOR OF AUDIT in the Benue State University, Makurdi.
Qualification
• Candidates must have B. Sc or HND (Accounting) and full membership of relevant Accounting professional bodies i.e. ACCA or ACA or ACMA or ICAN or CIS or ANAN.
• Candidates must also have at least 15 years post-qualification cognate experience preferably in a University or any other higher institution of learning.
• In addition, candidates should possess,
• Ability to develop auditing procedures and systems;
• Skills in interpreting accounting / financial statements;
• High potential to offer effective leadership;
• Ability to undertake independent investigation and write reports in lucid English
• Maturity in grasp of his job, have capability to control and supervise staff, and be able to take decisions;
• Knowledge of the University accounting and stores regulations;
• Computer literacy.
Conditions of Service
• Conditions of service are as applicable in federally owned Universities, save as the Governing Council of the University may modify from time to time.
Salary: CONTISS 15 i.e. (N2, 232,199.00 – N2, 875,791.00)
