One our staff is currently in police custody in warri just because we refuse to honour a paper that has no address but handwritten saying fedral ministry of commerce and industry asking us to pay for business premises despite we paid same business premises levy warri south local Govt Area.
They are using warri police to terorising people and yet we are they said the office verbally you do not see any sign of office,plz help this is an injustice,menaic that just started in warri.

how can i go about trade mark registeration without touting influence
Please help me out by giving me guideline on how i can register my Product and my Company name trade mark, cos that is the only thing that is delaying me in producing my own product. I`ve already had my business name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, but now i need Trade Marks for both my Business Name and my Product Name,cos i want my business and my products to be protected and does not want to have problem with people in future.
