A leading Pension Fund Administrator in Nigeria with its head office in Lagos is seeking to strengthen its executive management team through the following appointment:
DIRECTOR – OPERATIONS Ref: PFA/110/DO
Reporting to the Managing Director/CEO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s operations, in this capacity, you will provide overall leadership to all operational units- operations, investment, financial control and human resources/administration, and ensure that agreed strategic and operational goals are achieved,
You should be degree-qualified in a numerate or semi-numerate discipline such as actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or related discipline and aged not more than 50-years,
You will have a minimum of 12 years’ post qualification experience, five years of which should have been at management level in a related organization or a reputable financial institution.
You will also need to possess an intimate knowledge of the Nigerian pensions market,
A strong results-orientation manifesting as a bias for action, as well as excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, will complement your proven general management abilities.
