A foremost Insurance Company and an active member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange seeks to recruit suitably qualified LEGAL OFFICER

Qualification and Experience
• LL.B (minimum of second class lower) from a reputable university
• Minimum of 3years post call experience in corporate practice and/or Litigation Additional qualification, i.e. LL.M, an added advantage
• Computer literacy
• Age between 28-30years
• Responsibilities
• Report to the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser
• Ensures compliance with all statutory provisions and other legal requirements
• Handle legal matters and interface with the Company’s solicitors
• Assist with filing of returns to regulatory authorities
• Regular review of all legal and regulatory developments affecting the Company’s operations

Remuneration
Very competitive, well above industry average, include productivity-based package
