Explosion Rocks Warri amnesty talks
WARRI—GOVERNORS, elders, leaders and stakeholders of the Niger-Delta, yesterday, angrily scolded the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger-Delta, MEND, for detonating two bombs some 200 metres away from the Government House Annex, Warri, Delta State, venue of a two-day post amnesty dialogue by Vanguard Newspapers.

Bomb rock Nigerian amnesty ceremony
Two car bombs struck the Nigerian oil city of Warri this morning during talks on an amnesty for former rebel fighters.
At least four state governors were among several hundred senior officials gathered in the Delta State government house in the southern city when the bombs went off.
