The upstream oil and gas sector requires suitably qualified and experience professionals to fill the following vacancies in the organization.

Position: HEAD OF PROCUREMENT
Job Scope
Review and identify gaps in current procurement and warehousing processes and structures within the company; redesign the processes to meet best practice and create a Procurement/Material/Supply Chain department.
Responsibilities
• To develop a procurement/Material/Supply chain strategy for prompt filling of equipment request
• Design and develop procedures and processes that will align with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Coordinate the activities required in integrating the processes and procedures into the ERP system
• Coordinate and Plan required training of personnel
• Responsible for Contract Administration of procurement coordination procedures and develop project plans for Contract mgt, Purchasing, Invoicing, Expediting etc.
• Responsible for development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) defining commercial and technical roles & responsibilities for the Corporation’s Contractor Procurement
• To manage reimbursable procurement work scopes from Procurement Planning through Purchase Order Placement, Expediting and Delivery to Fabrication Yards
Job Vacancy Requirement
• Minimum 1st Degree in Mechanical Engineer or purchasing related discipline
• At least 8 years experience in Oil & Gas environment with responsibility for procurement and warehousing
• Previous experience setting up a full fledge procurement department is essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Office Applications: Proficient in MS Project, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to interface with other internal support functions such as Global services procurement, etc

Position: SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Job Scope
• To coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and administer HR policies, procedures and programs.
Responsibilities
• Recruiting and staffing logistics;
• Performance management and employee improvement programs;
• Organization development;
• Employee orientation, development, and training;
• Policy development and implementation;
• Employee relations, and employee engagement initiatives;
• Company employee communication;
• Compensation and benefits administration;
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Job Vacancy Requirements
• Minimum 1st Degree in HR, IR, psychology and sociology preferred
• At least 5 years in Senior HR administration position • Membership of HR Professional institution is an added advantage
• Experience in Performance Management using electronic Platform
• HR as business partner orientation
