The University was established with the objective of preparing the competent and socially responsible people to lead sustainable development in Nigeria, and Africa at large.
To fulfill this role, the university aims at forming individuals who are professionally competent and enterprising, who are capable of making free and morally upright decisions, and who can thus act as positive agents of change in service to society.
