Pomat Peters Nigeria Limited started the business of marketing of Screen-printing materials like inks, poster papers and allied chemicals under the name of Pomat Progressive Trading Company in 1978.
In 1979, another business outfit “Advertising Collection Agency” was added to the existing business. In that same year, the Company began a full-scale business of advertising contracting and screen process printing. In 1986, the business was registered as POMAT PETERS NIGERIA COMPANY involved in the production of stickers, handbills, banners, posters and other screen-printed materials. By the end of 1986, the Company acquired an acre of land at Abule-egba, under Lagos State, where the company’s factory is situated. The company was registered in 1989 as a Private Limited Liability Company – POMAT PETERS NIGERIA LIMITED under the Companies Act of 1968.
The Company’s production line is currently fully automated with modern sophisticated screen-printing machines and accessories with skillful and technically competent hands to man and maintain the machines.
The resolve of the Company to meet the challenges of the advertising industry made her to acquire the most advanced technological equipment for Large Format Digital Printing in 2002. With the Large format digital printer, the Company is poised to produce high quality advertising materials whose quality will be second to none.
In summary, the operations of the organization include:
i. Full colour screen process printing.
ii. Large format digital printing of all sizes.
iii. Construction/Production of POS materials.
iv. Construction of signages.
v. Production of promotional items such as bags, T-Shirts, Hawker Jackets, caps, etc.
