Triple A Outdoor Limited is an outdoor advertising firm incorporated in September 24, 1992 as A. A. Ajoni Investment Limited and registered with the Outdoor Advertising Association of Nigeria (OAAN) in November 1996 (Registration No. 058).
The company was acquired in October 2000, as fully owned subsidiary of a Holding Company called Integrated Marketing Services Holding Limited, with the sole aim of broadening its base in the marketing communication industry.
The name was changed to Triple A Outdoor Limited in 2002 in line with the vision and mission of the new owners. With a share capital of N200,000 in year 2000 (pre-acquisition) to N10 million in 2001, N20 million in 2003, N30 million (authorized and fully paid-up) in 2004, the company has achieved tremendous growth in its post-acquisition activities. Moreover, the board has ratified the increase in share capital to N50 million to further strengthen and consolidate the leadership role envisioned by the company for the industry.
