THE SCREENING OF JAMB/UTME CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION IN THE 2010/2011 ACADEMIC SESSION COMMENCES 28TH JUNE, 2010.
The University of Lagos (UNILAG) hereby announces that 2010/2011 Post-UTME Screening Exercise for Admission into ALL COURSES/PROGRAMMES for the 2010/2011 Academic Year commences on June 28, 2010. It should be noted that the screening would be computer-based in relevant UTME subjects. Detailed information will be released later as soon as they are made available

Most of us would be asking ourselves “IF UNILAG IS GOING TO CONDUCT THE POST UTME THIS YEAR, WHEN WOULD THEY START SELLING THE POST UTME FORM?”, I also asked Prof. Longe (Dean of Students Affairs, Unilag) and his response was “THERE WOULD BE POST UTME THIS YEAR AND I SHOULD BE CHECKING UNILAG’S WEBSITE THIS WEEK FOR MORE INFORMATION”
While it is now certain that Unilag post utme would hold on the 28th of June, 2010. The question is “ARE YOU PREPARED FOR UNILAG POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE?” Let me give you some questions you should ask yourself:
1) Am I confident in using the computer, because UNILAG POST UTME is a computer bashed exercise.
2) Of the 10 questions per subject ( total is 40, since you would do the same 4 subjects you did in UTME), Am i sure of getting at least 7 of them.
These and many more questions, you should ask yourself and know whether you are prepared to enter UNILAG.

With futher information on UNILAG POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE being delayed, let us know that there are two possibilities:
1) The date of the POST UTME could be postponed; or
2) Like it was done in 2004, UNILAG could decide to start selling their POST FORM FIVE(5) days to the exam, i.e., possibly on the 23rd of June. In 2004, UNILAG announced October 6 as the date of her POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE, forms did not go on sale until the 1st of October, 2004. Those who were fortunate to get the information did, while the unfortunate ones had to wait another year.
So these are the two scenarios that we are being faced with. But my advise to you is to keep your eyes and ears glued to “www.unilag.edu.ng”,or tune in to Unilag Fm 103.1 or Join “UNILAG POST UTME” on facebook or better keep following this trend.

A whole lot has been said about this post utme exam, some said the form might be very expensive and some even conclude that is just a mere formality that the exam might not hold but my question here is that what’s the possibility of this form amounting to 4000 naira…

On going to the Official Unilag website “www.unilag.edu.ng”, You would notice that the post containing the date for the UNILAG POST UTME has been removed.
This means that a new post about UNILAG POST UTME would soon be posted.
Before it is posted, lets look at the two posts that are likely to appear:
1) The date of the sale of the POST UTME FORM could start anytime this week, OR
2) Unilag could Postpone there POST UTME.

Unilag Post-ume examination is more or less like 40 minutes in hell.This was my feeling after my 1st exam at the school….So my fellow jambite ensure you Prepared very well before the exam…..I recommend the use of its Past_Question.It is just 500 as at 2009.For more info. reach me on 08160067112
Why is everything in Nigeria a mystry?Common post UTME screening at Unilag is causing ripples.If the authorities are sure of what they want to do why have they not published the details about the exam if at all it will hold.All this is just to frustrate people and extort money other than the official amount of =N=1,000.00 for a form.
Well when the head of authorities are dribbling innocent Nigerian children about the exam what will their subordinates do?Look enough is enough if 28th june is the date to start the screening lets wait and see how it will be conducted vis-a-vis selling of form/unofficial charges etc will go.I am tire of all this abrakadabra system.

SUMMARY OF UNILAG POST UTME
1) The date for the 2010/2011 UNILAG POST UTME is between the 6th – 14th of July.
2) The sale of form for the POST UTME EXERCISE commenced on the 22nd of June and would run to the 2nd of July, 2010.
3) UNILAG POST UTME FORM COST N1000 and could be paid in any UBA, WEMA, INTERCONTINENTAL, ECO, or FIRST BANK. But it is advisable to make the payment in the BANK’s branch in UNILAG.

Many of you have tried printing out your post utme slip and you either can’t access “www.unilag.edu.ng” or the site is telling you to make payment even when you have paid. For those of you who can’t access “www.unilag.edu.ng”, try later at night, preferably around 11pm as by this time traffic to “www.unilag.edu.ng” would have dropped.
Those getting Please go and make payment in the bank and have paid at the bank, need not worry cause the bank would soon confirm your payment.
Those of you who have printed out your slip, should make sure your PICTURE appears on it, the time, date and venue of your exam would also be written on your post utme slip.

I want to know if the date of screening Faculty of education has been changed from 8th to 12th in Unilag, because, the date on my slip is 12th of July while my course is Education & Islamic Studies. please send me a detail information about this.

I paid into wema bank on the 28th of june and waited for 24 hrs.but i cant view my slip instead what i get is go and make payment at the bank even as of now 5th july i still get the same thing. I went to the bank to complain and i was told to retry.now am confused.and i dont know if any federal uni. Can take 2nd choice so that i can change institution,am tired

The University of Lagos hereby announces the re-scheduling of the 2010/2011 Post-UTME screening exercise into ALL COURSES/ PROGRAMMES.
Accordingly, the screening exercise has been shifted to commence on Monday, July 12, 2010.
The shift in date is occasioned by logistics/technical hitches.
All candidates who sat for the test on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 should regard it as practice-test.
A comprehensive timetable will soon be published on our website, UNILAG 103.1 FM, and the national dailies.
The University regrets any inconvenience this shift might have caused.

Unilag Post Utme Result is out, After buying the Scratch card for N500 in any of the banks in Unilag, Log on to “www.unilag.edu.ng” to check your result.
The Cut-off mark for all courses would be released later in August. For those of you who think your score is not high enough, get ready to buy the CHANGE OF COURSE FORM.

Unilag hasn’t yet announced the date for its post ume. So please discredit any news telling you that the exam will commence June 6-14.
While we wait for Unilag to announce the date for its Post Jamb, we should get Unilag Post utme and start practicing. Practicing Unilag Post Jamb past questions could be the difference in you getting admitted or not.
